If you would like to submit a technology that you possess to Linde, we encourage you to protect your technology and seek professional advice prior to submitting it. Please read and fill in the following information to submit your technology to Linde.

Submission Agreement
I wish to submit to Linde, Inc. the information that is set forth below on this page. I understand and agree that:
  1. I am submitting only the written information that is on this page or attached to this page. I am not submitting anything orally.
  2. None of this information is to be considered confidential. Linde may treat the information or any part of it as non-confidential, and may use it without restriction or obligation other than as provided by any issued patents that I have.
  3. Linde is not obligated to evaluate what I submit and is not obligated to provide any evaluation or comments to me.
  4. I am not entitled to any compensation in connection with this submission.
  5. As of the date that I accept these terms, there is no other agreement between Linde and me in connection with this submission. Any change or addition to any of these terms, and any other terms concerning this technology, can only be made in writing in a second agreement between Linde and me. Neither Linde nor I have any obligation to enter into any such second agreement.
