Our governing policies & position statements

Linde Corporate policies are provided on the Linde website and apply to Linde and all Linde companies. This includes its Code of Business Integrity and its global Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy.

Employees or third parties who are concerned about potential non-compliances with this or any other corporate policy are invited to report their concerns to management or to our anonymous 3rd party Integrity Hotline. We report annually on the number of hotline reports received each year.
