CRYOCLEAN® Cleaning Technologies
Our environmentally friendly CRYOCLEAN cleaning options using carbon dioxide snow or pellets for automated surface pre-treatment or mold cleaning are an attractive and established alternative to traditional cleaning methods. It uses solid carbon dioxide, also known as dry ice, as a cleaning agent. Similar to sand blasting dry ice particles are propelled by compressed air and shot on the contaminated surface. Numerous industries utilize cleaning equipment, products, or infrastructure, with a variety of options available for cleaning. However, many of these options have disadvantages. For example, aqueous cleaning can leave moisture behind and often needs after treatment of water containing detergent and the removed contaminants. Cleaning with solvents leads to the emission of volatile organic compounds. Dry abrasive blasting might be too aggressive for what is needed. Associated dust creation can also be harmful to health and waste disposal can turn out to be costly.
CRYOCLEAN® Pellet Cleaning Technology
CRYOCLEAN Pellet Cleaning is used for cleaning surfaces by accelerating dry-ice pellets through a pressurized air stream and propelling them toward the surface at high speeds.
CRYOCLEAN® Snow + Cleaning Technology
CRYOCLEAN Snow+ Cleaning technology is a carbon dioxide blaster using liquid CO2 to generate dry ice snow and abrasive blasting media.
