Our HYDROPOX® flame-based glass finish treatment offers a number of benefits for various types of glass. Whether you are producing art, tableware, specialty glass, or high-value container glass, we offer the tools to enhance the surface quality of your glass products in order to achieve the ideal finish.
We provide both pre-mixed and surface-mixed burners using oxygen, hydrogen, or natural gas, depending on your specific requirements. The burner has a homogenous flame curtain for even heat transfer. It briefly brings the glass surface to a temperature above the weakening point of the glass. This results in an increase in the brilliance of the glass surface, eliminates seams and edges, and heals micro-cracks and failures.
