Tunnel Freezer

Tunnel freezers are suitable for freezing or chilling most types of food products. Examples are meat patties, cut meat, whole fish or filets, seafood, fruit and berries, pies, ice cream, pastries and ready-made dishes. The low operating temperature provides a very fast cooling action that preserves the quality and shape of delicate products and keeps weight losses to a minimum. Cryogenic freezing is normally most economical at low-to-medium volumes, or when other considerations indicate this method.

Tunnel Freezer - CRYOLINE® MT

The new CRYOLINE MT is a series of cryogenic tunnel freezers using liquid nitrogen (LIN) or liquid carbon dioxide (LIC) as the refrigerant. A number of patented designs have been included to enhance hygiene and efficiency in these units. The freezer has a modular design making it easy to expand the length and it is available in three standard belt widths.
