Cabinet Freezer

The cabinet freezer is the ideal solution for batch freezing, or cooling, of a wide variety of food products.

The use of cryogenic refrigerants combined with highly efficient gas circulation systems within the cabinet ensure extremely rapid cooling giving minimum moisture loss and maintaining the high quality of the food. Depending upon the application, either liquid nitrogen (LIN) or liquid carbon dioxide (LIC) can be used as the refrigerant.
