| Cryostar has developed a unique LNG refueling station equipped with a submerged pump that delivers a high-accuracy flow. It requires only a simple operating procedure, as it has been designed to replicate a regular diesel dispenser. The LNG dispenser can be delivered with different types of nozzles, upon customer request, and come ready to be connected to a central payment system.
Dispensers are equipped with a Coriolis flow meter, to ensure high-precision weight measurement independent of natural gas density. Dispensers can be wall- or foot-mounted and are connected to the main pumping skid by vacuum-insulated lines, ensuring minimal gas loss.
Finally, a unique vent gases recovery system reduces CH4 emissions - a culprit in global warming - by using a single fuelling connector and hose. |

As a fuelling solution provider, Cryostar offers a large range of LCNG filling modules, to meet your requirements. Whether skid-mounted or engineered, our LCNG modules include the following equipment:
- Cryogenic pump to be connected to the cryogenic vessel; this pump transfers to the vaporizing system at high pressure (up to 400 l/min @ 360 bar)
- Ambient, forced or electric vaporizers, to ensure the vaporization of LNG
- Optional odorizing high-pressure unit (15-20 Mg/Nm3 of gas)
- Buffer unit, for fast fueling requirement (single-stage or cascade type)
