The patented CRYOLINE® CW (CRYOWAVE™) is the world’s first hygienic IQF freezer with proprietary rollingwave action. Ideal for diced poultry, pizza toppings, pasta, fruits and other high-value IQF products, the highefficiency CRYOWAVE freezer provides significant cost savings vs. flighted freezers, eliminating CO2 snow carryover, and improving cleanability.
Diced products and other small items that tend to clump or stick to belts can be chilled or frozen at high production rates. The proprietary rolling-wave action gently tumbles layered products and keeps them separate as they rapidly freeze and seal in moisture. Precise controls minimize fines loss and lock in moisture, shape and quality for higher yield.

The CRYOLINE® SC cryogenic freezer from Linde is designed to process delicate, sticky and hard-to-handle products in an efficient and hygienic way. It uses a disposable plastic film which acts as the conveyor belt travelling through the freezing tunnel over cryogenically refrigerated plates.
These plates operate at -196 °C, rapidly and effectively freezing the contact surface of the product, while the tunnel environment is cryogenically cooled by liquid nitrogen to reduce the entire product temperature. The consolidated features of this freezer technology deliver products free from belt marks and wrinkles which can be easily handled for further processing.
Due to the nature of the belt, soft, wet or sticky products can be managed without product deformation or adhesion – even liquids can be frozen with ease. As the belt is disposable, the freezer can be quickly and effi ciently cleaned at the end of production, ready for the next day‘s use, and product changes do not require expensive delays.

The unique Linde impingement freezer is designed to freeze a diversified range of product types easily and quickly. Smaller in size than conventional cryogenic freezers, it occupies less space on the production floor - typically 60 percent less floor space than conventional cryogenic tunnel freezers for the same production rate.
Its unique cryogen delivery mode reduces dehydration losses by up to four or five times that of mechanical methods and up to two or three times that of conventional cryogenic freezers.
