CRYOLINE® Series Tunnel Freezer

Tunnel freezers are suitable for freezing or chilling most types of food products. The low operating temperature provides a very fast cooling action that preserves the quality and shape of delicate products and minimizes weight loss.

Linde offers two models to serve the food industry. The CRYOLINE HT series and the KFT series.

The new CRYOLINE HT is a series of cryogenic tunnel freezers that use liquid nitrogen or CO2. A number of patented designs enhance hygiene and efficiency in these units. The freezer has a modular design, making it easy to expand the length; it is also available in three standard belt-widths 600 mm, 1000 mm and 1250 mm.

The KFT series modular tunnel is based on a 10 ft-long module with a 3 ft useable belt-width, it is also available in CO2 or liquid nitrogen versions. The KFT series is expandable to a 50-ft total length, as needed and as dictated by production rate. The tunnel’s drop-down doors allow for ease of access to internal tunnel parts, making it easy to clean.

Both freezers can be used to freeze red meat, poultry, seafood, fruits and vegetables, bakery products, prepared meals, dairy products and specialty items.
